Background regarding Drew Durgalo:
Several years ago our community unexpectedly lost an amazing kid by the name of Drew Durgeloh. Drew was an outstanding kid who loved life and especially soccer. He lit up the room with his energy and positive attitude when ever he was around. So every year Kalama Youth Soccer gives out the Drew Durgeloh Sportsmanship Award. This award is for a player that shows a great love, sportsmanship, and respect for the game of soccer, as well as his or her team and coach in every situation. This nominee should come to practice and/or a game with a can do attitude and a willingness to do whatever the coach asks. This player should show that same enthusiasm on and off the field.
